What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the items you order, your pickup choice, and any notes.
• Text Club sign-ups: if you check the Text Club box, we keep your phone number along with the date, time, and wording you agreed to.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Square on Square’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting and security providers keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• To prepare your order and arrange pickup.
• To email your order confirmation and contact you if something about your order changes.
• To send Text Club messages, only if you opted in.
• To keep records we need for taxes and business accounting.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the bakery’s online ordering: Square (payments), Brevo (order emails), Twilio (text messages), Netlify (website hosting), and Cloudflare (website security and delivery). They may use it only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for the business and for tax purposes. Text Club records are kept while you’re a member and for a reasonable time after you leave, as proof of your choices.

Your choices

• Leave the Text Club anytime by replying STOP to any of our texts.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some order records for legal reasons.

Children

Our website and Text Club are not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
